Can no longer migrate my account...

So about a month ago I migrated (or so I thought I migrated my account) my account but somehow I failed to do so. I had entered my email on the migration thing when you opened the warrock (nexon) game. It brought me on a website that stated I had migrated my account, so I closed window. I didn't notice I then had to create a papaya account and merge my account. I even tried to migrate my account again a few weeks later just to make sure I had migrated it and it said error account already migrated ! SO, yesterday I deleted the nexon launcher and old warrock and installed NEW warrock. Thinking I wouldn't need Nexon warrock anymore. Now when I try to log into warrock, it asks me to type in a new warrock nickname. I type in my nexon account nickname, it says its already in use. So that means its still active, right ? But I can't play on it. When I try the account migration verification tool on papaya, it says my e-mail is invalid. I sent a ticket 20 hours ago, still no help from papaya. I am getting a little impatient as I am a premium member and I am paying for something I can't use. Not that it is expensive, just the principal of it.

    You're using the correct Papaya Play login? You may be using a different username here at PapayaPlay to Nexon.
