Questions to GMs (Which they'll probably ignore) and the general population

1. Why hasn't this problem been fixed its been over a year and I still cant login without issues.

2. Why are "GMs" non respondent on forums ???

3. How long is action 19 going to be coming soon???

4. Oh yeah why hasn't the disconnect to server problem been fixed it legit can take up to an hour just to log on char, which is why i see everybody just AFK always online because they don't know when or how their going to be able to login again.

5. GMs why don't you actually make a public statement because its been over a year (I think) and this is still a big issue for the game, how do you make all these d shop event nonsense knowing your customers cant even connect to your game? how do we spend money on something we cant even play
