Game Crash Windows (seem erro with gfx card)

Game always crash, freeze screen or colored screen

I've an Nvidia GTX 960 with the last driver, i play lot of game way more modern that my old dekaron.
What did you do to it that it is always crashing  after 10/15 min of play.

Plz repair this QUICKLY !!!!
