Game is too laggy

Hello, i just started the game but wherever i go, i have big lag issues. I know my computer should run this game well ( well just in case i post my specifications ) : Processor - i5 5200U 2,20 Ghz
RAM : 8Gb
VGA - nvidia 840m
Well i am computer technician myself, but i don't understand why the game has to lag - i remember playing this game years and years ago with my crappy PC when this game was called 2Moons when it started. Did this game got some upgrade that my pc can't run it? Well even changing the graphics the fps stays the same.
Anyone has suggestions?
