Let us talk about runeglyphs

I decided to take my time and analyze current runes and what they have to offer. There are various kinds of runes but only three of them I count useful.
Moon runes.
These can be bought directly from the Fashion Shop and be applied to the following pieces of equipment:
Hat (3): 1% stat, 1% hp, 5 accuracy
Top (3): 1% stat, 400 defense, 5 min
Bottom (3): 1% stat, 5 evasion, 5 max
Overall (4): 1% stat, 600 defense, 8 min dmg, 8 evasion, 8 max dmg
Gloves (2): 1% stat, 5 tdd, 5 crit
Boots (3): 1% stat, 10 speed, 5 physical back attack dmg, 5 magical back attack dmg
Flower runes.
Currently can only be acquired from Seres' box and be applied to:
Cloak (2): 25% exp, 25% ely, 5 idr
Overall (4): 25% exp, 25% ely, 5 idr
Solar runes.
Their origin is currently unknown. They are not in Seres' box, neither can they be found in Toma/Gema exchange or the Fashion Shop.
Ring (2): 200 stat, 3 max
Face (2): 200 stat, 3 max
Socks (2): 200 stat, 3 max
Glasses (2): 200 stat, 3 max
Earrings (2): 200 stat, 3 max
In light of the fact that we have no means of applying runes to all 5 fashion accessories the best decision would be to use full set of Velfa/Claw accessories. And do not forget about old good MT2 ring! +5% stat is still a thing.
@[GM]Eris Could you change fashion accessories in a way that would allow us to apply Moon runes to them instead of non-existing Solar ones?
