Did anyone get deleveled today from yesterday?

Hi guys, I wanted to know if any people here got deleveled before sending in a ticket to Help Desk.

Yesterday, I devoted my entire day to grinding to 198. I did all MD runs I could, some White Plains, and one Explorer Hall when I had no more time on my +888 and my +200. I DID level up to 198, and after that, I decided to log off, and call it a day.
Today, I come back on my account, log on, and see that my Judgement is 197 on the character screen. Whelmed by this number, I just tell myself that it's just a random problem that'll be fixed later... While indeed it was not. My character just went back to level 197, with EXACTLY 90.00% EXP.
So my main point is : is it just me? If not, tell me about what you did yesterday on this post, so I can compile a list of possibilities to the support team.
Hakusen : Judgment 200 (Still mad about that 198 > 197 rollback though.)
