Migration Problem

I have migrated my account the day it was announced, but it didn't recovered all my account data and account went to level 1 instead of 49 :/........
i have requested a ticket but it's been 4 days already and noone helped me at all yet any idea?

    You probably transferred the wrong account. Just check your other emails.

    P|robably an error on your behalve. try to be patient. Papaya probably got a shitload of tickets atm

    there's is no other emails  i had this account since i have started playing warrock but i have change my username on it that's why :/

    You sure you're using the correct login? The Papaya Play login not your Nexon login..

    i use my email to login into nexon and here they're the same but when i migrated my account  i don't know what happened but the ID changed to my old one not new one after name change on nexon days

    @IKoYouStr are you saying that you opted into the migration of your account, and then you did a nickchange with Nexon?

    Yeah, that could definitely have been an oversight in data transfer depending on how the database was structured and handled unique IDs. The fault could be on Papaya if they were going to tie "Nexon IGN ___ with Papaya Account ___". But then if no such Nexon IGN was found, then the default WR account for a Papaya account was used -- I have little doubt we all started with a default Papaya WR account whose information was overwritten as the migration happened. (Totally off-topic now, but tangentially, if someone were to make a new PP account, play WR on it, then consent to migration of a current Nexon account not yet migrated, and chose to tie it to that new PP account, they might overwrite their WR data.)

    But the fault could also be on Nexon. Not knowing how the databases were structured and how data was transferred and applied, it's hard to say.

    I would contact both Nexon and Papaya support and see what information both parties can provide regarding this. Nexon might not be able to do anything except provide Papaya the information that yes, you did nickchange to this other account.
    Much needed features on a forum
    1. A spoiler tag or otherwise collapsible element.
    2. More flexible tabling.
    3. Not being forced to sign out.
    4. Quoting buttons.

    i have send a ticket about this i always get THIS WAR ROCK ACCOUNT HAS ALREADY BEEN MIGRATED.  and there's no data has been transferred yet  i'll just wait for their reply hope so they fix my account asap :/
