after the game login issue i logged in tried my nickname it wont login i got message this name already taken i typed another name and tried to login to the account when i typed the orignal name they account logs in but the name is the new name that i typed but how they could take my nickname when i was playing for the whole day with the orignal game im confused.....

    There's a problem with the servers at the moment, Just had confirmation that the IT team are currently adressing the problem and will work as fast as possible to get everything back to normal.

    I've currently got the same issue. When I log in on my main account (distortion) I'm getting a box asking me to put in a new name. Since I'm afraid to lose it I haven't put in a new name yet.

    Strange part is that my sub account is fine and working normally.

    You'll need to purchase a nickchange in game and go from there unfortunately.
