Pets and Auto Loot Question

Hello fellow Latalers!
Does anyone know if there is a glitch with the pets or am I just missing it? I can't get any pet to auto loot.

I have equipped them and gone to their skills screen. Under the abilities box I can see the auto loot and auto potion icons. If I click on them, they do nothing. They don't glow or act like an interactive thing. Just a non clickable icon. Is that normal?

Also, my inventory is not full, but when I fight monsters, the bags just sit there and I don't collect anything. My pet just follows me around and really isn't any help at all. (Other than looking cute.)

I've never used pets before. Is it something obvious that I'm not doing or is there something amiss here?

    Hi BigAsh, I just went into the game to take a screenshot today and voila! It worked! I clicked on the auto loot icon and it started animating with a glow.

    Now, it was not working no matter what the other day, so I'm trying to recreate the glitch. So far, I've been unable to. If anyone else is having this happen, I guess just reload the game and try equipping your pet and activating auto loot before you enter a party.

    It's a common bug that happens once in a while. 

    The fact that the bags were not picked up just meant that the button was bugged, and that the auto loot did not activate.

    The fixes for it are quite easy : put all your pets back in the inventory, then get them back into your personal pets, or just reboot the game like you did.
