Hell is going on?

I disconnect from the game I'd say about every 15-25 minutes. I'm not lagging at all, I have a consistent 13-40 ms at all times. I'm not understanding why it keeps happening. When I first started playing again about a month ago everything was fine. The last couple days I've been dc'ing frequently and when I try to log back in it takes forever (sometimes 15-20 minutes) because it says reconnecting and won't let me log back in. (and yes I'm waiting at least 5 minutes before I try to log back in.)
