Hell is going on?

I disconnect from the game I'd say about every 15-25 minutes. I'm not lagging at all, I have a consistent 13-40 ms at all times. I'm not understanding why it keeps happening. When I first started playing again about a month ago everything was fine. The last couple days I've been dc'ing frequently and when I try to log back in it takes forever (sometimes 15-20 minutes) because it says reconnecting and won't let me log back in. (and yes I'm waiting at least 5 minutes before I try to log back in.) I've missed 3 deadronts now because I've disconnected right as the timer started and haven't been able to log back in before it ended. There has to be some sort of solution to this. Has their been server side issues the last few days or something?
