The Scar_H and Scar_L needs to be nerfed!!!

Only Scar_H is op. Scar_L doesn't needs a nerf, it's just bad.

But I think everyone is aware of how op Scar_H is ..

Both "Scar" versions got 70 Speed. But only the Scar_H is OP. Check this:

Scar_L got less dmg and less speed as you can see.
