Help for leveling

Hello, I'm a new player here and I have a problem. I have a segueriper lvl 123, the problem is that the main missions ask me to have level 130 to continue advancing with these missions, but i do not know what else to do or where I can go to level up I went to DF but I do not go up a lot of level. I need help please any guide or tips that can help me keep growing. Thank you
