Help for leveling

Hello, I'm a new player here and I have a problem. I have a segueriper lvl 123, the problem is that the main missions ask me to have level 130 to continue advancing with these missions, but i do not know what else to do or where I can go to level up I went to DF but I do not go up a lot of level. I need help please any guide or tips that can help me keep growing. Thank you

    Go back to lower level maps and complete side quests, commission quests, and all the dailies that you can do at your level. At 123
