Lag issue and how much longer do we need to wait?

So yeah, i know this has been discussed a milion times already, but i am just so upset that we need to wait so long for the game to be optimal for play again. Cause when the transition from nexon to papaya happened the game became unplayable with all those fps drops, game freeze for 1-2 seconds and so on...So if someone knows please answer when will they fix the game to be as smooth as it was in nexon?
