EXP table broken?

Ladies and gentlemen! I think there is something wrong with the server right now.
At level 199 I completed all 10 daily quests with Iris buff and 100% reward book and 30% Honey bear buff on and got mere 11% exp. The day before it would give me about 30-35%.100% EXP weekend buff would not make this much of a difference.
My guess would be that something has gone wrong with the EXP table. It might have even been reverted to pre-Goddess state.
Did anyone else experience such issue?
