What happened to legacy retails?

Hello, I used to play this game back when it was owned by gamersfirst, former k2, and always have kept myself up to date with transfers and stuff in the case i ever wanted to come back to the game. I used to own a legacy 8th slot retail for the m134 that now is somehow gone. I am pretty sure I still had it when nexon owned the game, so, am I missing something? Did Papaya remove them completely?

    The retails you bought from GamersFirst and Nexon should be kept inside of your account. Can you please open a ticket with the following information:
     - Your account name
     - The item you are missing
     - When you bought the item (roughly, in g1 or in nexon times)
     - A screenshot (if you have one) of the item in your inventory
     - A screenshot from the item missing from your inventory.
