Scenario Quest Guide?

As a level 191 Demigod, I've been taking a break from leveling and catching up on all of the scenario quests. I can't seem to find any kind of guide to Latale's scenario quests that isn't outdated or doesn't address all of the scenarios. I'm just before Hel's door, but I'm confused since I was told to defeat Hel but didn't receive any quest to do so. I went ahead and defeated Hel anyway, but I didn't recieve any scenario afterwards either. 

Now, I'm finding posts from before Latale transferred to Papaya Play about some scenario quests in the Fairy Tail dungeon, Cloudvilla, and etc. I tried to do those instead, but no quests popped up after I went into the map, or after talking to some of the npcs. 

If anyone could possibly give a full scenario quest guide (including when you can access Siam's boss fight) that would be greatly appreciated!
