LaDeck removed

Why was LaDeck removed? I found out that kLT doesn't have it too. But LaDeck was the source of so many XP potions, hair/eye coupons, fashion sets, guidebooks etc. Now that there isn't LaDeck anymore, it's a lot harder to get these items. Furthermore, with LaDeck, players would be more compelled to buy LTC for darts, so yet why is it removed?
