Problem with 4th Job Quest ''How to Make a Pattern''

I am stuck in this 4th job quest due to not being able to go to the next area in the Ruined Building in Old Town 3.
I tried logging back in multiple times, changing channels, reinstalling the game, turning off my antivirus software, trying on different PCs and still no luck. Here's the problem that I'm facing right now :
