Now I bought this new Trieste Golden Update Key Package. Reading the description of it, and the guide on the homepage, it looked like you can get the new Golden Mecha Wings. Also the description  stated: If you dont like Random Boxes, this is for you. Guess what the Special Box Includes? No, not the wings it should. IT CONTAINS ANOTHER RANDOM BOX!!! Papaya, are you fking serious? How deep you need to sink to make ppl believe something with a guide and description, and then put in the OPPOSITE of it?? Just to get money? 
With this new pay2win update you lost all of my respect, and the respect of many other players. You are nothing but a greedy group of incompetent people, who do not care about the game, about the players, only the money. You have no honor.
Lets see, maybe I will get my account banned FOR NO REASON again after this post, as you have done before.

    Oh and another thing, int he description it says 10x(!!!!!) GOLDEN KEY, 10x GOLDEN KEY AND SPECIAL PACKAGE. You know what I got? 2 fking pieces of golden key. Not 20, I got 2!!!!!

    I also bought package with new Golden wings.
    I dont saw any informationa about random box... and what... inside is special golden box (but random box)
    i dont saw any information about this....
    they are cheating people without any reasons.

    papaya scamed me too, i payed them 25$ for 2 keys and a random box
    ive had enough im taking me and my $$ somewhere else

    If they would have wrote the same in their patch notes as they did on Facebook, you guys could have known it's bugged.
    Doesn't change the fact that introducing a bugged item is stupid to say it politely.

    The point is not only that the keys were bugged. Most of us bought the box bcs it said it contains the new wing. That in reality it is a random box, was nowhere mentioned. Also, at web shop at describten you can read: Ideal for those who dont like gambling with random boxes. And then you get a random box. Wp
