account not found? please contact customer service

I recently migrated my account which i had been playing since nexon was active, but now papaya has taken over. I have migrated my account everything is good but when i log in to sign in it doesnt allow me and i get a message saying, account not found? please contact customer service. my account i never hacked on and i previously used to hack and i know you lose your account. i tried to keep this account save but who knew this was going to mess up.any suggestions? i submited a ticket to papaya, and they say its the server problem, but i made a new account and i logged in with no issues. can someone please tell me what steps are needed to take to make my account active thanks.

    Are you;
    • Using the correct info, from Papaya Play and not Nexon?
    • Confirmed everything you needed to?
    • Double check all your emails just to confirm it did migrate 100%

    As stated you have submitted a ticket, just ask when they think the issue will be resolved. Then when it is resolved you can try again and if its still not working then you can take it further with them and seek more advice.
