What is the point of pushing new update

What is the point of pushing a new update when people still struggle to log in to the game?????
How can we enjoy the new update if we cant even login without problems this makes no sense what so ever fixed the core problems of the game first before pushing updates.

    A possible solution would be to try remove the 'reconnecting in 5 minutes' system because even that's bugged as it takes way longer than 5 minutes

    It takes exactly 5 minutes, however if you try to log in within these 5 minutes the timer will be reset and you will have to wait another 5 minutes.

    I was just pointing out the 5 minutes issue.

    I can log in but can't read any NPC/Chat since game doesn't support 4k. So an other issue on Papaya list xd.

    When I changed to 21:9 resolution, about 8 months ago, I sent an email to support asking for better support for  higher res and aspect ratio, but nothing. For real, unless there are a couple of people asking for it they wont even look at.

    BTW, you can play at lower resolutions and let the monitor upscale...

    I can not even get into the game is even saying the same mistake "cannot connect to the server"

    Well clearly they don't give a damn until their asses will burn, game haven't received any visual updates i guess since act 4.5 when they updated Dekaron from 16 bit to 32bit. There are ton of older MMOS that support 4k. All they give is a political neutral answer, like in my case forwarded to DEV team. Recaling game to lower settings just simply looks fugly, as if matt screen i got xd. Well since you been waiting for month for any changes i guess an other year or more till they finally do it.
