When i check my account migration it says e-mail not valid. Why? I have put the same e-mail for months when i was logging in in the "old" warrock. It's Papaya Games problem or it's Nexon problem?

    Hello ArteBionico,

    When you migrate your account from Nexon to Papaya Play, you also need a Papaya Play account. The account you always used on Nexon is not the same as your Papaya Play account.

    You have to see it like this, you are connecting your already existing War Rock account with your newely created Papaya Play account.

    I already have a Papaya Play account, and it's for this reason i can't understand where it's the problem.

    i sent a ticket to papaya play it's been 2 weeks now how long it will take??

    @XxIKoYouStrxX joined the WarRock discord server and PM a GM with your ticket number and I'm sure they'll get onto it for you.

    I'd hate to think how many tickets they have.

    @v0nndutch, the number of tickets is not the problem. The problem is
    that they do not have the man power to work on all the tickets. I mean
    if you can't give everyone the support they need, then why offer it at
    all.

    I've made a ticket 6 days ago, in the end I fixed it myself,
    but there is still nobody who answered or replied on it. Same goes for @XxIKoYouStrxX, he is already waiting 2 weeks and still nobody replied..

    That means the support service is really bad.
