can`t migrate

hello i can`t migrate my account my mail said i did : Your Global Nexon account has been registered. From now on please use the following ID to login:
......(mail).....

But now when i make account with same email it wil not i maid 1 mail but i don`t got my char and when i look to status migration it says : Email is not valid pls help me what i did wrong?

    it says i migrated to the global server

    when i try start warrock on nexon laucher it says error

    You're using Nexon launcher and website to migrate. That's wrong. You need Nexon launcher to migrate and then use PapayaPlay WarRock to play.

    Hey i accidentally switched my nexon eu account to nexon global, i did not play warrock for a long time when i wanted to play again i saw that the game stopped and a new owner came or something like that then i saw you Account so I pushed it up, but I thought that nexon would become a global new warrock launcher, but that's not the way it is. But if I want to open warrock for the migrate as I saw videos, he gives 1 error so what should I do now
