Today I migrated, plus my gun m249 retail was not sent I want it back

    The technical support forums are mainly for players to help other players, there are not many Papaya Play representives replying on these forums. I recommend you to do the next things:
    1. Create a support ticket.
    2. Go on the Discord server of Papaya Play War Rock.
    3. Send a private message to a game master with your ticket ID/Number.

    That is the only way to get a quick response from a Papaya Play representive.

    Hello, I have the same problem. I just migrated my account and I received all of my retails except the m249 one. Did they get it back to you? How long did it take? same in advance.

    I have a similar issue, they took away my 8th slot and also my medic kit 2 along with the flash bangs and my famas is no longer in the 8th slot.
