My Language Problem

When I press WarRock icon on my desktop to start playing game, the screen with picture of heavy trooper char. and download - progress sticks coming and everything looks alright. However I have a strange problem, I can not reach the language change button because it is under the task bar. I've tried a lot of methods, but I did not fix this screen issue. I think, maybe there is a problem with the resolution. I have no idea what to do. I can play with English language too, it doesn't matter for me, but playing with mother language just feels more comfortable. Can you give me some suggestions? Thanks...

    Try to do it on keyboard maybe? Click alt+space then M and use arrow keys

    You can also hide taskbar to reach it ..

    I tried to replicate your problem by switching to ( my minimum) resolution : 1024x768( urs is problabli 1366x768). When I auto hid the taskbar then I could reach the button that opens the drop-down menu for the different languages, but since they were all below the taskbar itself, then I couldnt change it.

    Height is the problem here.

    CTR+ALT+Left arrow to rotate your screen the the side. Tilt your monitor/laptop to the side to reduce confusion when moving the mouse after that.Then you can drag the interface left until you see the language options.
    change the language and after that :

    CTR+ALT+up arrow to revert back to normal.

    Please correct the change of keyboard language when you enter the game. Choosing a language on the game on Steam is not helping. In addition, such a simple thing from the user to wait for a poor quality approach.
