    l've played 20 rounds and 15 of them were full with jumpers, OPK'ers etc...

    who do you think is creating and selling the Hacks.  You can go after the hacker but there will always be another one to take his place.  Follow the money who is profiting from selling the hacks.  I bet if you follow the trail it leads right back to Nexon!  Thats why their has been no anti cheat updates.
