Gameguard error , first time installing the game

As topic stated, My gf can't run the game and kept countering errors, uninstall and reinstall already, deleted gameguard folder and let it reload already, nothing has been working.. please help. Diactivate firewall and antivirus already. 


in my case the game run just fine after installing.

    there is currently no solution and i myself am having a similar problem mine says update security mode though
