Server Crash

Hi,

I just want to say that this crashes are stupid. I dont care about the nickchange Bug, but i care about the EXP´s i lost trough this Servercrash. Yesterday i lost 60k EXP and 48 Tournament Points, its just like i played nothing yesterday. And Re-logging is not possible without loosing my 1st Page Room. I think they should fix that as soon as possible and give a EXP Event for this, because i think im not the only one who lost EXP and Tournament Points. Nexon mostly made after such crashes directly an EXP Event (When i was Active).
Whats ur mind about that?

    Absolutelyyyy! I crash a lot. No anti cheat and crashed, Well, waht do you know ?

    We are aware of the server concern but please submit a ticket with details as to if you lost JUST the recent XP?

    These type of issues are not solvable on the forums.
