Gear '' Fast Hands ''

Long time ago I saw a threat passing here about the '' fast hands '' tactical gear.

Why is it removed? Why is it still not back in the game?

For me and I guess especially all sniper players who not have MSR omega is it really anoying, cause when we hit sniper armor's we need to switch to pistol verry fast.. 

These days I really miss that tactic gear cause in the moment I switched to my pistol I got already sprayed down by scar omega's, project dragons, ... 

Hopefully this can be forwarded again, and hope to see this back in-game ASAP!
