[Help] Returning Player, Need Some Guidance

General Discussion
Specifically, I need some guidance on what to do after level 200 and reaching endgame. I've stopped playing Latale at the time when 4th jobs were released and hosted by OGPlanet. I returned to Latale like a week ago and been questing and grinding towards level 200 since then. I have some questions I was hoping that could be answered and would really appreciate elaborate responses :)

What endgame gears should I go for? I'm a Bladeslinger currently with the equipments from the Level UP! Event. (how would I go about obtaining them as well)

How could I increase my stats further? So far, I know that you can enchant your gears with puzzles, unlocking potential on pets, etc., are there any other ways to do so...probably missed a few.

This one is kind of a noob question, but how could I make a lot of ely? What are some efficient methods that you use that help you make ely? Please share whatever you're comfortable with! I would assume endgame gears cost a lot of ely and my ways of ely making are probably outdated since I played...

Any other tips or comments? I might have missed a few questions, but I would greatly appreciate any insight on how to reach endgame a bit smoother!

    For gear and grinding after 200. Sky coliseum would be your best bet. It gives amazing EXP and armor you will be able to use until you get to Ruined Palace. The only struggle with this option is, finding a party and doing a few runs. In sky coliseum, each boss that dies drops a piece of armor. Once you get the full set, you will see a decent stat boost. This boost will make the dungeon much easier to do overall. You should do the quest that goes along, for upgrade materials. For upgrading sky coliseum armor, I suggest focusing on the helmet since it gives additional crit rate.

    As for stats, Monster Illustration Cards and Item Codexing are great ways to build passive stats that are account based. So any new character you have will gain them as well. Every little bit counts and contributes to the bigger picture, so ignoring these stats aren't the best idea.

    As for making ely. Dungeon running is a easy way of making some quick ely. Degos, ymir, ifrit, odin (if you are able), chunsik's room. They are all great ways of making ely. AS for end-game gear cost. If you want to consider the previously mentioned Sky coliseum armor end game, it can be a bit expensive. 3 mill per upgrade attempt is a bit much, but that is what it cost. So it's good to prioritize what you think you should spend ely on.
