How do you use the Level Up! stones?

it says they can upgrade your level up gear, how ?

    If you have your level up gear from the first part of the game. you can use those up upgrade the gear. If you tossed the gear how ever, then you're out of luck and should just use them for your level up weapon.

    The level up weapon can be gotten from Toma I believe in Belos. Or the gal next to her.

    To upgrade, look at the small buttons under your inventory window and look for the one that says upgrade. The rest should be self-explanatory.

    >Open up items 'I' 
    >Click on one of the icons with an upward arrow (at the bottom of your items window) 
    >Drag your weapon into the left slot 
    >Drag your level up stones (event section) into its designation (3 for weapons, 1 for armour) 
    >Click Upgrade (100% success) 

    If you cannot upgrade, you must clear out your inventory (a red text will appear saying 'insufficient inventory')
