Why is Turkey IP banned?

General
I was able to play before but I took a break and I can't play now unless I play with a vpn, which I don't want to pay for. My friends can't play either. Why are we banned from playing?

    This isn't a loss. Most of the Turks are hackers anyway.

    Next they need to IP-ban BRs. And after, ban those who use vpns.

    Then the game will be 100% better not only language and intellectual-wise.

    To be honest I agree with you. Turks usually ruin whatever game they play but this is barely a solution. If Turkey is really banned from playing and it's not just a problem I'm having I'll buy vpn so a reply from an authority would be appreciated

    Neither you nor your friends are banned. If you were you'd get a message like 
    "This IP has been blocked."

    Unfortunately you are one of these people affected by the "disconnection issue" which won't be resolved any time soon. Most likely never anyways.

    There used to be a Game Master who tried to get this issue fixed, surprisingly he had to leave. 
    Let me quote him : 

    "To everyone having disconnection issues I was recently working with, I'd like to say that unfortunately, your issue is likely not to be resolved. At this time it is being diagnosed as client side error since other people here have logged into your account with no issue. Unfortunately, this means that it will be summarized that you have firewalls or anti-virus programs preventing you from connecting."

    Needless to say they cannot even fix an issue even when it is clearly presented to them.
    Although on rare occasions you can see them trying to accomplish something, like in the video below.

    Lmao!! Video is funny as fk. It does relate to the people that running the game. Like when the guy said "I bet Ivan do this". This is what papaya are good for. They think they can solve it but NOPE. Their words is just up in the air. There's no solution for anything.

    Btw I have to figure out how to fix that damn "cannot connect to their server issue" with no help from papaya smh.

    I can connect with VPN but I can't connect without it, which sucks because it's lagging with VPN. Still no official response from papaya? A lot of people have this problem
