Am i the only one here with this issue ?

I've lost all the prime potions i've gathered during the 1 hour reward login event. I did not take them from the gift bundle page because i lacked space in the consume tab. Also even if i refresh the page they're still unable to be found. So like the title says, am i the only one who has this issue?

    They released a notification in announcements stating that all items from the hot time event would be deleted by July 26th. 

    Unfortunately if you didn't take them out in time, you lose them. Sorry to give the bad news

    oh woops, I 10/10 forgot to do this as well .-. that's.. kinda dumb, why is there suddenly a need to remove earned prizes from an event out of our gift bundle?

    Yeah i forgot also hahaha, at least i only had a few left to claim anyway!

    They remove items to get rid of clutter 
    EX: events that give you a crap ton of items that you dont need after the event OR cant delete due to its an event items, wiping items helps this by, removing. also why didnt you just take them out ._. i do that by default. But as some one said, they did announce it so, you had warning and time to grab them

    To the people saying you should've claimed it: They were character-bound, so I imagine a lot of people were hesitant to take them out since they'd be stuck on that character forever. I just pulled them all out on my main, but I imagine some people weren't sure to get it on their main or another character for the future.
