Pop Star's Extrasensory Skill bugged.

The skills is suppose to have a two step active.1st step restores 30 ap per level(12 lvs max) while the 2nd step gives the user a 1% cool down reduction per level. The bug about this skill is that there is no Cool Down Reduction Buff to let us know the skill is actually working.It does however heal our ap according,but that's due to the first step active.Think of this skill like Archamage's,except archamge has the display,correct cdr,and ap restoration.
