cant start game

Hi.
Since last update i cant play the game...
i reinstalled the game, checked files, my anti virus is permanently off, i was playing just fine before the update.
so what happens is that after i press start on the launcher i get the following message( and for the love of god could you make it easy to upload a pic....)

Launch Error(30007)
We're sorry, we had a problem starting your game
Please help us by reporting this issue.
Error code: 30007(easyAntiCheat cannot run if Driver signature Enforcement has been disabled)

    Hi there, this will most probably fix this issue.

    1. Open CMD.

    2. Type in: bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF and hit enter.

    3. Restart your computer.

    4. You won't likely get this error anymore.

    Found all of this information on the internet btw. Let us know if it worked.

    hi there. it says access denied. doesnt let me turn it off. i am the admin

    Are you sure you typed in the right sentence and are really the admin on your computer? Because it should work if you followed the exact steps from my former post.
