Missing permanent 8th slot after Migration

I have a famas retail for the 8th slot that I purchased, I believe during the Gamersfirst era. I migrated that to Nexon and then I migrated my account to Papaya and now my medic kit 2 is gone, my flash bangs and also my 8th slot for my famas retail are gone. Is this a bug? I submitted a ticket and they just told me to buy the 8th slot. I dont want something that I already had just because the migration process took it from me. 

Any solution?

    I see you say you submitted a ticket but explain it better, you can try
    buying 8th slot, sometimes it glitches, i've had that issue.

    Just submit a ticket, I personally won't buy the 8th slot item to see if it glitches, because you would waste money for something you bought already earlier on the game. I'm sure Papaya will fix this issue.

    I've submitted over 3 tickets and no response yet, its been 3 days since.

    Submitting one ticket is enough. Make sure your ticket includes the following information to speed up the process:

    - Your account (ingame) name
    - The item(s) you are missing
    - When you bought the item (roughly, in g1 or in nexon times
    - A screenshot (if you have one) of the item in your inventory
    - A screenshot from the item missing from your inventory

    Once they received all this information, they can assist you in a better way and most likely resolve this issue faster.

    Unfortunately you have to wait a little longer then... 3 days isn't enough for them to resolve this case. And I think Dream Execution takes a part in this too and that's why it takes so long. But Papaya is working on this for sure and they will fix this issue definitely.
