Can only buy one at a time???

Is it me or for is it for every1? Whenever i tried to buy new beginning PKG 2 again, i get a message *you can purchase only one at a time* ,  why is that? Does it mean, it can only be purchased 1 time? I even tried to go other server, but I still got that msg.

    It is likely only one time, for either New Beginning PKG 2 or 1. I know they said you couldn't buy both, and it sort of follows logically you can't buy the same one multiple times.
    Much needed features on a forum
    1. A spoiler tag or otherwise collapsible element.
    2. More flexible tabling.
    3. Not being forced to sign out.
    4. Quoting buttons.
