Question about crafting

Hello,
I recently changed my mind on what character I want to main. The problem is that I already spent like 80m to lvl up crafting to lvl 9 and I don't really have that kind of ely(yet) to lvl it up again on another character. Will I be able to craft anything I want on that character and send it to the new one when I want to craft it? Or I will have to level crafting on the new one too. Thanks in advance for the reply. :)
