can't Upgrade Weapon

i try to upgrade my Magic Rod but when i drag a weapon in that Upgrade Box nothing happened.
i really want to Upgrade my Weapon i'm Lv.90 now but my Magic Rod is still Lv.1 please help me.

    Having the same problem, too. It seems to be and off-and-on problem, because I upgraded a few equips just the other day. Now, the upgrade window won't let me place those same equips on the slot.

    My advice: try again on another day until it's fixed.
