So I've gotten my hero to lv. 200 before Aug 2, however when I logged on today, I did not receive the item from the gift bundle.

    I didn't receive anything either and the server is down too.

    It arrives after todays Maintenance.

    Wait a little longer. You should have it after the maintenance or by tomorrow max.
