I just got df from the level 200 event but i wanted to ask was his skills changed recently? I can't find the goddess rebalance list but for some reason Df's sit and shoot and basic shot II skills have 5 second CDs while when I was a duelist they were only 1-2 second CDs. 

I asked some people but all I got was stupid "git gud" comments and sarcasm. (Forgot how useless it is asking people in-game for help)

Anyway I've been trying to look up builds but they all seem to be outdated cuz when they use those 2 skills it's a 1 second CD.

Does anyone have any good builds for DF now?

    You should use something like this, now for the remaining skill points, you can distribute them freely. Personally, I use this build (I like flak blast and wild shot so I maxed them, don't like gatling though, apocalypse isn't so powerful but got it anyway, and buried explosives is a waste). You can also spend them on extrasensory, it's really useful.

    Thanks so far i've seen a lot of df youtube videos but they all have hero skills and only have the first 2 skills at the beginner mastery and only some of them have the 2nd mastery skills.

    My lvl 200 base build Build

    I personaly don't like flak blast because of that slow start and is just an sit/shot from both sides dmg
    the 4th legend skill worth for an 2 side hitting skill, wide area is good but isn't my focus rn.
    Gatling have +100 tdd if you master it and is an good skill overall because is 3 hits per attack up to 10 attacks with steel bullets active

    that is what i'm planning for lvl 235(actual lvl cap)
