Is walkleaning still banable?

Hey, I remember some guys (in the old days) got banned for a couple of days for "walkleaning".

I want to know how the Devs and Game Admins are thinking about this advantage and if there is a punishment for it.

Yes, it's bannable. 1st ban = 2 days, 2nd ban = 3 days 3rd ban = 7 days, after that it will increase by 7 days intervals. See: http://forum.papayaplay.com/index.php?p=/discussion/357592/ban-rules#latest

It is a bannable bug offense. If you have a video of a walkleaner you can report him by submitting a ticket. You can also read my answer to the same question here:
