my name is: elad 
and my nickname in warrock is Universe (my nick name if i want to connect is BooTz12)
and my account was banned from warrock and i want to request unbanned for my account how i can to do ti ?

    if the ban has been done by Papaya Play, please submit a ticket and give me the ticket number via PM or Discord message.
    If the ban has been done by the previous publisher then you must submit a ticket to their Customer Support.
