Banned for no reason?

HI warrock..
I bought just a 25$ donation and lot of guns etc... now I lose them I got a ban for 10078 mins? For flaming? act I don't even flame? I answer people back that flames I wish I can get a unban ! and don't loses my exp % + lot of warrock credit items
