Suggestion section/ ticket system suggestion

Hi WarRock Administrators & Papaya office swaggers ;),
I know this is the "General" section, I post it here because there is no "Suggestion" section.. Maybe create it? ;)
I came across something odd in your ticket system.
If you want to upload an attachment to your ticket in the ticket system made by Papaya/Vertigo, you see that there is no limited upload size.
For 'lulz' I tried to upload a small video to it size was ~700MB. It took ages (actually I waited 5 min Kappa) and it didn't even upload halfway, while I've 50MB/S upload speed.
Maybe it is an idea to create a maximum size so it will be uploaded while writing the ticket, for example: max 200MB (to force people only attach screens or something)
Maybe also make a delete button next to it. (you really need to fine tune that.....) example;

RealBanter Posts: 9Member Beginnerhahaha please don't make me laugh @Skateboard......You did read half of the topic then.Of course I upload it to YouTube but, we live in 2017.... where everything can be edited/faked. that's why it is useful to maybe upload it, because you can't see on YouTube if it's edited or not. :DSecondly if it's not made for uploading video's to it.... please add it somewhere in the box.... like max 300MB or " Only pictures/Notepad documents"

Capping upload to 3 MB at most should be good, but WR screenshots are probably 1 MB? However! This ticket system is for all games, so 3 MB is probably good for the other games.
Much needed features on a forum
- A spoiler tag or otherwise collapsible element.
- More flexible tabling.
- Not being forced to sign out.
- Quoting buttons.

lilgina1 Posts: 6Member BeginnerHow about I suggest that tickets are answered in a timely manner !I have had a ticket open since the 2nd about an account migration issue and it is still not resolved , not only that but I have had no response since the 8th ( and that was just to say they are looking into it ) .This is 2 weeks now with an open ticket .... Tomorrow is the 16th and the cut off date for migration , I do Not want to lose my account , This is not good customer service !

lilgina1 Posts: 6Member BeginnerWell people this is how the support system is going to treat us !After 16 days of writing tickets (from August 2 to Yesterday August 18) 2 days after migration closed this is what they did to me about my account .....They waited until it was to late for me to do anything about it to send me this message last night ! I just want to show you all how wrong this is and what we can expect from support system !

It seems that it has not been transferred from Nexon to Papaya Play. Did you complete the migration process on Nexon Launcher?
