Missing Attack Range On Savior(?) Help

Does Attack range for clases its a RNG?? or it should be a base dmg for all clases same level? because recently i notice my attack range No Equips,Gems,Special,  (Item Codex, Monster index its not affecting) My Attack Range its 245-248, and i ask 3 savior (Lvs 206-209-200) and their its around 4xx-4xx No misc,(6xx-6xx with Misc And Sword masteries), is there something wrong with my char or just bad luck on getting attack or Whats happening?

    I think i know one part of the answer: codex and illustrations. Some of them gives some range atk/int.(for exemple Odin's card) but not enough to create such a gap. And yes rng is also one of the cause, since out atk is calculated with our str, and int with our magic and we know our stats are distrubitued randomly (not 100% random though, would be a nightmare to reasign).

    Like i said, Item Codex, and  MOnster cards its not affecting. i just want to see if im missing some hidden quest or something that increase attack range. x.x

    Lv 123 Holy Order has more Attack than my savior OP!!! XD
