This is getting irritating

So apparently there's requirements before purchasing LTC such as being level 15 and playing for more than 10 minutes. I've made another account to start off fresh and i've decided to throw a bunch of LTC on said account and it's been more than a day and i'm still unable to make a single purchase. It's getting irritating, i've tried to relog, refresh page and what not but still no results. Am i doing something wrong?

You gotta click on Latale. It usually defaults to BlackShot

I've clicked on Latale several times and it still gives me this green notification bar saying i do not meet the requirements.

One option might be to gift the other account from your main account.
