Leveling guilds

Hi guys,
I've been thinking and searching for a method to level up a guild, specifically getting enough crystals for it but it seems that this part of the game is 99.9% pay to win since the chance to get a crystal as a drop is nearly 0(as an experience my wife, me and another friend had never come across one since we started playing). Is there any way of getting crystals other than paying for it? I've payed enough already to level up the guild to lvl 4 but it requires 2 more every level(duuhh.. :D) and it would get just too much, I'm living in europe and I can't permit myself to pay half of my salary to level up the guild which I'd really like to. Thanks in advance for the reply.

If you need help or want to talk, I'll be glad to oblige.
However, it's definitely a viable way to do it, although I've spent some money on leveling my guild this time around Konguki was largely f2p back on OGP. As you've already seemingly discovered, your guild's growth rate is pretty much proportional to the amount of members in the guild. If you want to expand and grow faster, spend some time getting more than 3 members to help out (especially with GP, but also with gathering resources to level up, it's valuable for everyone involved to hit level 10 for the variety of awesome guild skills that unlock at that level~). Or, on the other hand, if you want to remain a small guild just for you and your irl friends, that's totally fine too but you'll simply have to accept that it'll take a lot longer to accomplish things.
Either way, the best of luck :D
