Leveling guilds

Hi guys,

I've been thinking and searching for a method to level up a guild, specifically getting enough crystals for it but it seems that this part of the game is 99.9% pay to win since the chance to get a crystal as a drop is nearly 0(as an experience my wife, me and another friend had never come across one since we started playing). Is there any way of getting crystals other than paying for it? I've payed enough already to level up the guild to lvl 4 but it requires 2 more every level(duuhh.. :D) and it would get just too much, I'm living in europe and I can't permit myself to pay half of my salary to level up the guild which I'd really like to. Thanks in advance for the reply.

The crystals can sometimes be found in the auction house, I think it was in the "Event" tab.

Unfortunately you are correct that leveling a guild is mostly P2W.  Many of us have been forced to that route in order to keep our guilds growing.
I have also heard that Luseria drops crystals.

    Good luck!  :)

Vintor TAID drops from time to time. Got a Chaos Crystal from there in my 3 runs.
Hakusen : Judgment 200 (Still mad about that 198 > 197 rollback though.)
    KisekiKuroi : BA 189
Makimoke : Will be BM 200 / SD 140 at end of event!

If you need help or want to talk, I'll be glad to oblige.

You could always buy the crystals with ely? You don't necessarily have to put real money into this game if you are patient and farm ely for items you need. Also, if you're having trouble getting all the crystals, asking your guildies to contribute some ely to level up the guild wouldn't hurt, as it benefits everyone.

The problem is that we are only three people in the guild, my wife, a good friend and me. The ely wouldn't be a problem(well it is atm but we might be able to get enough for it) but at higher levels(even for lvl 5 which is 8 crystals) with a price of 20m/crystal that's 160m for a lvl 5, then 200 and so on. The idea is that in order to have something to buy with ely, someone(even if it's not me) has to pay real money for the game for it. I know it drops sometimes(VERY rarely and random since there are 3 types(I know I can trade with others for the one I need) but the drops are very low. I've got 2 crystals(1 neut and 1 chaos) since then from dungeons but they are quite random and unreliable. As a conclusion it just feels sad that something that's so helpful and it should be a guild effort to achieve it needs payment too(in order to not advance in a rate as slow as a turtle moving backwards).

@botika25 I definitely feel you, but unfortunately in a f2p mmo like this, it's one of the ways that they try to incentivize you to spend. The free option is there, but does require resources.

However, it's definitely a viable way to do it, although I've spent some money on leveling my guild this time around Konguki was largely f2p back on OGP. As you've already seemingly discovered, your guild's growth rate is pretty much proportional to the amount of members in the guild. If you want to expand and grow faster, spend some time getting more than 3 members to help out (especially with GP, but also with gathering resources to level up, it's valuable for everyone involved to hit level 10 for the variety of awesome guild skills that unlock at that level~). Or, on the other hand, if you want to remain a small guild  just for you and your irl friends, that's totally fine too but you'll simply have to accept that it'll take a lot longer to accomplish things.

Either way, the best of luck :D
